Our Whistleblower Policy

Ensuring a Just Workplace for All

Our whistleblower policy allows individuals to voice any concerns or discrepancies without fear, reinforcing our larger vision of creating harmony through honesty, and change through innovation and diversity of opinion.

Rotary Club Members are encouraged to report possible fraudulent or dishonest conduct to the DC Rotary Foundation Treasurer.

If the Treasurer is involved in the reported conduct, or if the Club Member feels uncomfortable about making a report to the Treasurer, the Member should report to the DC Rotary Foundation President or the DC Rotary Club President.

The incorporation documents, bylaws and conflict of interest policy of the DC Rotary Foundation are retained indefinitely on the DC Rotary Club’s website.

The Foundation’s financial documents (e.g., IRS 990 and audit reports) are retained on the Club’s website for at least three years as are the Foundation’s Board minutes.
