Influencing the lives of young people by providing educational programs that build character, instill life-enhancing values, and promote healthy choices through the game of golf. First Tee of Greater Washington offers a safe and positive environment at public golf courses and U.S. military installations during non-school hours, where young people engage with caring adults, volunteers and coaches. In addition to learning the fundamentals of golf, First Tee’s character education and life skills programs help young people prepare for success in high school, college, and beyond.
