Nourishing n urban farm in Washington, DC’s LeDroit Park neighborhood. Common Good City Farm is a place where community members can source fresh food, see sustainable urban agriculture in action, and learn healthy skills. Its mission is to create a vibrant, informed, and well-nourished community through urban farming. Since 2008, its farm has been a place where all members of its community can come to eat, learn, and play in ways that contribute to health and environmental sustainability

Common Good City Farm is launching a Community Fridge & Pantry in partnership with the Kelly Miller Residents Council. This project will aim to combat food insecurity by providing its neighbors with free food, dry goods, household items, diapers, and feminine hygiene products with no financial qualifiers––which too often serve as yet another barrier to access for low-income families.
