Preparing young children (6 weeks to 5 years) from families with low incomes for success in school and life. Jubilee JumpStart provides high-quality, evidence-based programs, focused on social and emotional well-being, in partnership with families and the community. Its key programs include early education and care, dual language (English/Spanish) classrooms, parent support and engagement, and teacher professional development.

Funding Request For:

The DC Rotary Foundation grant supports instituting its teacher training pilot program. Its goal is to be able to impact more children across the District by sharing its best practices in teaching with professionals from other childcare centers, home care centers, and independent care providers, such as nannies.
