Dedicated to education concerning the history of women’s rights and civic participation, and the preservation and protection of the historic Whittemore House. Food*4*DC*Kids program began when COVID created a “tsunami” of hunger that affected its schools. The WNDC Educational Foundation, with Rotary’s support, has delivered more than 26,000 meals.

Funding Request For:

Continue to deliver healthy, hot meals to DC families with students from across the city attending Columbia Heights Educational Campus (CHEC). Under the new grant and with the participation of Rotary and EF volunteers, we will deliver an additional 7,000 meals to CHEC students and families.
